Technology Committee

The FPBSD Technology Committee is dedicated to connecting school and home, fostering collaboration to guide students in their digital journey. Our mission is to empower families and the school community by sharing knowledge, best practices, and engaging in open dialogue. We aim to equip staff, parents, and caregivers with vital information for students' online safety and well-being, preparing them for the digital age.

Committee Overview:  The Technology Committee will include teachers, administrators, staff, and parents. The purpose of this committee is to establish a technology vision for the District. We will review the current District Technology Plan to identify and prioritize issues related to target areas, assess the technology needs of the District,  identify specific goals/targets for technology upgrade, acquisition, integration and support, as well as explore and recommend the implementation of emerging technologies.  The purpose of the Committee is to make recommendations to the Board regarding technology.
